In this video I show you my typical day in life in beautiful Puerto Vallarta area in Mexico.
I love mornings, back in Vancouver I used to get up at 5 am for work, and now I love that I can sleep in a little, but I still get up early.
I do my miracle morning routine and then I head over to the gym in my building.
No mask needed here, its a small gym. After that I head over to the beach. In January ocean is colder and I have to keep moving in the water, brrr
After the beach I head home to make coffee and breakfast. I spend time with my plants as I drink my coffee. I used to have a huge garden back in Vancouver and I stated to miss it here, so I planted tomatoes, cucumbers and basil plants. Today is Tuesday so I head over to the Farmers Market in Nuevo Vallarta to shop for greens and listen to live music.
